Daneside Theatre is available to hire in part or as a whole.
We have hourly rates for our rehearsal rooms.
We do not work on a box office split basis.

For performances we have three rate scales depending on your status.
For our local societies who are represented on our management committee, there is a discounted rate, and those societies provide their own stage crew, House manager and front of house staff.

For other local organisations, eg Dance Schools we will provide staff, but these can be supplemented by helpers from your organisation (ice cream sellers, raffle etc), and we will charge you for our staff.

For other shows, eg Tribute Bands, we will provide all staff, and charge you for them. We have a fixed "per show" charge for this type of show. The fixed rate for 2025-2026 is £xxx.

We mandate that we will sell tickets for all shows at Daneside through our Ticketsource account. The majority of Ticket Sales will be made on-line, where the customer pays an additional 8% booking fee directly to Ticketsource. We also sell tickets through Congleton Information Centre where there is no Ticketsource fee, but the Information Centre charge a 10% booking fee that comes out of the ticket income (this is discounted for Congleton based organisations).
We will not make any additional charge for this service. All hirers will have access to the system to allow then to track bookings.
